Retired psychiatrist arrested for child pornography
April 11, 2008 3:03 am News, Psychiatrist, sex offendersIt seems that this 78 years old dirty man who’s a retired psychiatrist (funny how he’s the vice-chairman of the State Mental Health Advocacy Service and a member of the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Ethics Committee) was caught with the possession of 107 child pornography. I assume that they were pictures and/or movie clips of children being forcefully raped against their wills. I guess in the eyes of this demented man that it’s all part of therapy from lack of sex huh? What a disgusting poster boy for birth control this guy is.

A retired Covington psychiatrist has been arrested by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office and booked with multiple child pornography charges.
Dr. Steven Taylor, 78, was booked with 107 counts of possession of child pornography Wednesday at the St. Tammany Parish Jail in Covington, according to jail records. He was still in jail Thursday morning.
Taylor is vice-chairman of the State Mental Health Advocacy Service and a member of the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Ethics Committee. He was slated to receive the Connie M. Hulsey Community Volunteer Award from Hospice of St. Tammany later this month.
The Sheriff’s Office said none of the victims appear to be from the local area.

You failed to mention that he was to be honored by the local Hospice from St. Tammany Parish Hospital. He was going to be given the “Angel Among Us” Award April 24, 2008. This is for the hard-work and dedication to the local community. Can we all say “Egg on your face Hospice of St. Tammany” Since the arrest of the “Angel”, the banquet has been canceled for this year.
