Psychiatrist Remains Out Of Business After Rape Charge
July 15, 2009 11:19 pm Abuse, News, Psychiatrist, sex offendersNASHVILLE, Tenn. – Dr. Sam Castellani learned his license will remain suspended. Castellani was arrested and charged with rape last month.
A female patient claimed she performed sexual acts, in exchange for medication. In the end, the State won-out.
As the criminal part of the case moves forward Castellani does have the right to a public hearing, complete with witnesses.

ANYONE WHO IS A LISCENSED PSYCHIATRIST WHO WOULD HAVE THAT CRAVEING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE,WHEN THEY ARE THE MOST TRUSTED,KNOWS HE NEEDED HELP BUT FED HIMSELF OF THE HELPLESS.
