Nothing is more humiliating and devastating then having to be abused by a physician who’s suppose to help you rather then to harm you both mentally and physically.

1. A psychiatrist or any other psychiatric staffs have no business examining any parts of your body in the exception to check for your vital signs and checking your temperature with a temperature device by mouth. They do no need to examine your private area.

2. A psychiatrist or any other psychiatric staffs should never lay a finger on you and if he/she does without consenting or with a valid reason with a doubt, they’re assaulting you. If they punch you or leave any marks/scars on you that’s classified as assault with battery.

Please check out the Sierra Vista page to read more about the current fight against a hospital in Sacramento CA who has recently been fined only $50k, but has been responsible for 4 deaths and 111 violations.

I am a former patient who has created this website, we just had a protest yesterday (Saturday) in front of the facility. I saw that you have a sacbee article about SVH so I figured I would let you know that my website has a collection of all the articles that concern SVH.

    Thanks,

    Carrie
